Patients can either be referred by an external qualified healthcare professional called a CBCT referrer, or be assessed by a designated dentist at Ascroft Medical as part of our internal patient’s treatment planning.
We accept referrals from external clinics that have completed the below form with Ascroft Medical for scanning and reporting on 3D images.
If you have a referral letter, simply call us to book an appointment.
Patients are required to send their referral letter prior to attending the appointment.
