Dear Patients, 

All new patients are required to pay a deposit of £40.00 before making the first appointment. Due to the high interest in specialist visits and weekend visits, all patients are required to pay a £40.00 deposit upon registration.

Prepayment is included in the cost of the visit.

If the visit is canceled or you want to change its date, please contact us immediately.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your cancellation. 

Visits canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting are associated with the non-return of the deposit.

When making longer appointments (from 2 hours), the clinic reserves the right to charge a deposit of £50.00, and changes to the booking can be made no later than 48 hours before the meeting, after which the deposit will not be refunded.

We accept payments in cash as well as by debit or credit card (except American Express).

Dear Patients, we would like to inform you that upon registration you will be required to present an identity document.
The following are accepted: ID card, passport, birth certificate, driving license.
