Dr Święcicka graduated from the Medical University of Lublin, Poland, in 2006 and continued her postgraduate education in the UK where she has completed a specialist training in endocrinology, diabetes and general internal medicine.
Dr Święcicka published a number of original research papers in high impact endocrine journals and co-authored chapters in endocrine textbooks (‘Oxford Textbook of Endocrinology and Diabetes’, ‘Endocrinology of the Testis and Male Reproduction’). Her main area of a clinical and academic interest is reproductive endocrinology, particularly endocrine causes of male and female infertility.

She has gained her experience working in tertiary endocrine units such as Manchester Royal Infirmary and St. Mary’s Hospital, Christie Hospital and Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle.
In addition, she has completed a 3-year fellowship in clinical andrology and is accredited by the European Academy of Andrology. She has also completed PhD studies in andrology at the University of Manchester.
