In 1994 she graduated from the Medical Academy in Łódź, and in 2002 received her specialisation in dermatology and venereology. Two years later she defended her PhD dissertation on spot baldness.
Dr Joss-Wichman holds a license to practice medicine in the UK issued by the General Medical Council, and offers medical consultations both in Polish and English. She also holds a number of certificates to confirm her practical skills with regard to dermatologic treatments utilizing electrocoagulation, cryotherapy and laser treatment.
She has done a series of specialist courses concerning dermatoscopic assessment of pigmented lesions.
For ten years that came after her graduation she worked in the Dermatology and Venereology Clinic of the Medical University in Łódź, and later became an independent physician in a number of specialist outpatient clinics such as Luxmed Medical Centre.
For more than 20 years she has treated dermatologic and venereologic disorders in adults and children from the first day of their lives. In her daily practice she also removes benign skin lesions by means of electrocoagulation and cryotherapy. For the last five years she has participated in clinical research regarding the use of new biological therapies in the treatment of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
