All patients are required to pay a £40.00 deposit at the time of registration.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment or your procedure on the day.
In case you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us ASAP, no later than 24 hours before your appointment.
We are unable to refund your deposit if you fail to cancel your appointment or if you cancel your appointment/procedure within a shorter notice period of less than 24 hours.
When you booking longer meetings (over 1 hour), we charge a deposit of £50.00, and changes to the booking can be made at least 48 hours before the meeting, after which the deposit will not be refunded.
